Simple Hatha Yoga
If you are new to yoga or looking for a foundational practice, this class is perfect for you. Simple Hatha Yoga class is designed to increase flexibility, strength, stability and balance. During this class, we slowly move through a series of dynamic and static yoga postures, establishing proper form and exploring modifications. This calming practice focuses on slowing the breath and releasing tension while bringing awareness deeply into the body.
Better Backs Yin Yoga
Better Backs Yin Yoga is a very relaxing class. We gently move and stretch in ways that help enhance the mobility of the spine, hips and legs. This class incorporates longer held yin stretches to promote long-term health of our deeper connective tissues. We provide blocks and mats but feel free to bring blankets, towels or pillows as well.
This class is for those of us that like Yoga and want to "shore up" their core. Get ready to have some fun and maybe even "feel it" the next day. We teach multiple levels and modifications so beginners will feel comfortable joining the group and working at their own pace.
Hatha Yoga includes slow flows to increase flexibility, strength, stability, and balance. This class is great for all levels.
Mixed Yoga is a Muti-level class. We gently build strength, balance, and flexibility through a series of standing, seated, and reclining yoga postures. We also focus on breath work. This class is for all levels.
Pilates focuses on strengthening and toning the core muscles in a way that creates tone rather than bulk. This slimming exercise routine targets the stomach, hips, and thighs. We will end class with some relaxing yoga stretches.
