Mondays:  Simple Hatha at 9:30am

                 Better Backs at 6pm

Wednesdays:

                 Mixed Yoga at 6:30pm

Thursdays:

                 Pilates at 9am

                 Hatha Yoga at 5:30pm

Saturdays:

                 Hatha Yoga at 9:30am
