The warmer weather is finally here!

We will be moving ALL yoga classes outdoors at some point in late May. We try to wait until it is consistently warm for both the early morning and evening classes. Once we have the date decided we will update here and also post on our Facebook page. Our Pilates class on Thursday morning is always still inside.

As a reminder those outdoor classes are held at Pavilion Shore Park in NOVI! The address is 43390 W 13 mile rd.

We have a new system this year for alerting about class location changes due to weather. Please text JOIN to 248-430-3232 to sign up via the Band app. I will also be posting on our Facebook page and updating the website home page above with any location changes but we will NOT be emailing this year so please plan accordingly.

Better Backs Yoga @ 6pm

FREE Community Yoga @ 10am (2x per month, CHECK CALENDAR for specific dates)

Wednesdays-

Mixed Yoga @ 6:30pm

Thursdays-

Pilates @ 9am

Mixed Yoga Fusion @ 5:30pm

Saturdays-

Hatha Yoga @ 9:30am
